1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect

We collect and process:

• Your shop domain, owner name, and contact email
• Subscription and usage information (plan, impression count, billing period)
• Anonymous storefront analytics (timer views and clicks — no personal visitor data)
• Session data managed by Shopify

Countdown timer configurations are stored entirely within your Shopify store and are not collected or stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Display countdown timers on your storefront
• Track anonymous timer impressions and clicks for your analytics dashboard
• Manage your subscription and enforce usage limits
• Provide and improve the app

We may also use your contact email to send you occasional updates or offers related to GoodySell apps.

4. Third-Party Services

GoodySell Analytics: We collect anonymous timer view and click events from your storefront and send them to our analytics service. No personal visitor data (name, email, IP address) is collected.

Shopify: All authentication and billing is handled by Shopify.

Railway: We host the app on Railway's infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

• Timer configurations: Stored within your Shopify store and managed entirely by Shopify
• Analytics data: Since all analytics data is fully anonymous and contains no personal information, it is retained indefinitely for statistical analysis, service improvement, and reporting purposes
• Billing and shop data: Deleted from our servers when you uninstall the app
• Payment data: Managed entirely by Shopify

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app preserves your countdown timer configurations in your Shopify store. When you reinstall, your existing timers will be available again and analytics will start fresh. Billing data on our servers is cleared on uninstall.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU, you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (uninstall the app or contact us)
• Export your data
• Object to processing

7. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and encrypted connections to protect your data. We don't store credit card information (Shopify handles payments).

1. About the App

Countdown Timer is a Shopify app operated by GoodySell (SILVER WEB GROUP Sp. z o.o.). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. What the App Does

The app allows you to create and display customizable countdown timers on your Shopify store to highlight time-sensitive offers, flash sales, and limited-time promotions. Features include:

• 5 placements: product page, top bar, bottom bar, cart page, custom position
• 3 counting modes: count down to a specific date, fixed minutes per visitor, recurring daily schedule
• Flexible end actions: remove, hide, repeat, show a custom message, or auto-clear the cart
• Target timers to specific products, collections, tags, or your entire store
• Country-based geotargeting
• Multi-language translation support
• Call-to-action buttons and clickable timers
• Optional icon next to the timer
• Analytics dashboard (impressions, clicks, CTR)

3. Pricing & Billing

The app is currently offered free of charge, with unlimited timers and unlimited monthly impressions. There are no paid plans at this time.

Future pricing: We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or usage-based fees for the app at any time. If we do, we will notify you in advance so you can review the new terms and decide whether to continue using the app. No charge is ever applied without your approval through Shopify's billing.

4. Your Responsibilities

You must:

• Use the app in compliance with Shopify's Terms of Service
• Ensure any custom content (text, messages, images) you add complies with applicable laws
• Not abuse the service or circumvent usage limits
• Not resell or redistribute the service

5. Intellectual Property

• The app, including its design and code, is owned by GoodySell
• Built-in icons and assets are licensed for use within the app only
• You retain ownership of any custom content you add

6. Data & Privacy

• Timer data is stored within your Shopify store
• Anonymous storefront analytics (views, clicks) are sent to our analytics service
• Uninstalling the application will delete all data (except analytical data) related to your store from our servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is greater. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any issues arising from timer display on your store.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

The app is free to use and can be uninstalled at any time from your Shopify admin. As there are no charges, there is nothing to cancel and no refunds apply.

If paid plans are introduced in the future, all billing, refunds, and cancellations will be managed by Shopify in accordance with their Terms of Service and applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. For business users, disputes will be resolved in Warsaw, Poland courts.

EU Consumers: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
