2. What the App Does

The app allows you to create and display customizable countdown timers on your Shopify store. Features include:

• Create customizable countdown timers
• Display timers on product pages, cart pages, and across your store
• Target timers to specific products, collections, or pages
• Customize designs with colors, fonts, backgrounds, and layouts

3. Pricing & Billing

The App is currently free to use with all features included. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future, with advance notice to existing users.

4. Your Responsibilities

You must:

• Use the App in compliance with Shopify's Terms of Service
• Ensure any custom content you add complies with applicable laws
• Not abuse the service or circumvent usage limits
• Not resell or redistribute the service

5. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design and code, is owned by GoodySell
• You retain ownership of any custom content you upload

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any issues arising from timer display on your store.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. For business users, disputes will be resolved in Warsaw, Poland courts.

EU Consumers: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
