Anti-Spam Policy
Our published commitment against spam, and how to report abuse
Last updated: June 24, 2026
SILVER WEB GROUP Sp. z o.o. ("GoodySell", "we", "us", or "our") does not send, authorize, or tolerate spam. We define spam as unsolicited bulk electronic messages sent without a legitimate business purpose, without proper sender identification, or without a working way for the recipient to opt out.
This policy applies to every domain we own and operate, including our outreach domains, and to every person or entity acting on our behalf. It complements our Email Communications Policy, which explains how our business email program works.
1. No Affiliates, No Third-Party Senders
We do not operate an affiliate program. We do not use resellers, lead generation partners, marketing agencies, or any other third party to send email on our behalf.
No one outside our company is authorized to send email advertising our websites, our domains, or our Shopify applications. Any message doing so without our written authorization is sent without our consent and in violation of this policy.
2. Our Sending Standards
Where we contact businesses directly about our products, every message includes:
- Accurate, non-deceptive headers, sender identity, and subject lines
- Clear identification of SILVER WEB GROUP Sp. z o.o. as the sender
- Our full registered postal address
- A working, clearly visible unsubscribe link
- RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe (List-Unsubscribe-Post)
Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently, at no cost to the recipient and without requiring any further contact.
3. What We Never Do
- Use purchased or scraped consumer mailing lists
- Use link shorteners, redirect chains, or cloaked links
- Forge, falsify, or obscure message headers
- Use misleading subject lines
- Send to recipients who have opted out
- Sell, rent, or transfer our contact data to anyone
We limit outbound volume and sending rate on every domain we operate, and we suspend a campaign automatically if bounce rates exceed our internal threshold.
4. Legal Compliance
Our outreach is conducted in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. 7701 et seq.) for recipients in the United States, and with the GDPR and applicable national law for recipients in the European Union.
5. Reporting Abuse
If you receive any message that you believe violates this policy, or any message advertising our domains or applications that you did not expect, please contact us:
SILVER WEB GROUP Sp. z o.o.
Adama Mickiewicza 37/58, 01-625 Warsaw, Poland
Email: support@goodysell.com
We investigate every report. Where a message came from us, we remove the recipient permanently and correct the cause. Where a message came from a sender impersonating us or acting without our authorization, we report it to the relevant provider and take action to have it stopped.
6. Enforcement
Any breach of this policy by anyone acting on our behalf results in immediate termination of that relationship. We cooperate fully with blocklist operators, mailbox providers, and abuse desks investigating messages that reference our domains.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
