Announcement Bar is a Shopify app operated by GoodySell (SILVER WEB GROUP Sp. z o.o.). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

The app allows you to create and display customizable announcement bars on your Shopify store to share promotions, shipping updates, and important messages. Features include:

• 4 placements: top bar, bottom bar, cart page, custom position
• 3 bar types: Single Bar, Running Line (marquee), Carousel / Flip
• 4 scheduling modes: always visible, date range, fixed duration per visitor, recurring daily schedule
• Target bars to specific products, collections, tags, or your entire store
• Country-based geotargeting
• Multi-language translation support
• Call-to-action buttons, coupon codes, and clickable bars
• Analytics dashboard (impressions, clicks, CTR)

Available Plans:
• Free: 1 bar, up to 5,000 monthly impressions
• Starter: $8.00/month or $80.00/year (unlimited bars, 20,000 impressions)
• Professional: $10.00/month or $100.00/year (unlimited bars, 50,000 impressions)
• Business: $30.00/month or $300.00/year (unlimited bars, unlimited impressions)

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Yearly plans save approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. Impressions reset monthly. All billing through Shopify. If you downgrade to the Free plan while having multiple bars, only 1 bar will remain active and the rest will be automatically switched to Draft.

Free trial policy: Each Shopify store is eligible for one 7-day free trial per app every 180 days (6 months), counted from the moment the trial first starts (your first paid subscription). If you upgrade or downgrade between paid plans while your trial is still active, your remaining trial days carry over to the new plan. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app within the 180-day window does not reset the trial — your original trial start date is remembered. After 180 days pass since your trial first started, you become eligible for a new full 7-day trial. This policy prevents trial abuse and is enforced automatically by our billing system.

Promotional discounts: We may occasionally offer promotional discounts on paid plans (such as loyalty discounts, promo codes, or partner pricing). Any discount is defined when your subscription is created and becomes active once you approve the charge in Shopify. Discounts run for a limited number of billing intervals; when the discount period ends, your subscription continues at the standard plan price automatically. Discount terms are fixed at the time of approval and cannot be modified for an active subscription. Discounts are offered at our discretion and may be discontinued for new subscriptions at any time.

You must:

• Use the app in compliance with Shopify's Terms of Service
• Ensure any custom content (text, messages, images) you add complies with applicable laws
• Not abuse the service or circumvent usage limits
• Not resell or redistribute the service

• The app, including its design and code, is owned by GoodySell
• Built-in icons and assets are licensed for use within the app only
• You retain ownership of any custom content you add

• Bar data is stored within your Shopify store
• Anonymous storefront analytics (views, clicks) are sent to our analytics service
• Uninstalling the application will delete all data (except analytical data) related to your store from our servers.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is greater. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any issues arising from bar display on your store.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through Shopify. All billing, refunds, and cancellations are managed by Shopify in accordance with their Terms of Service and applicable consumer protection laws.

Generally, no refunds are provided for unused impressions or partial months. Access continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by Polish law. For business users, disputes will be resolved in Warsaw, Poland courts.

EU Consumers: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
