2. What Data We Collect

We collect and store:

• Your shop domain and language settings
• AI-generated blog posts and generation history
• Subscription and usage information (plan, usage count, billing dates)
• Session data managed by Shopify

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Generate SEO-optimized blog posts using OpenAI
• Generate images for blog posts using Replicate
• Manage your subscription and track usage limits
• Provide and improve the app

4. Third-Party Services

OpenAI: We send blog post data and keywords to OpenAI to generate SEO-optimized content.

Replicate: We use Replicate's AI models to generate images for blog posts.

Turso: We store your data in Turso's database (encrypted).

Railway: We host the app on Railway's infrastructure.

Shopify: All authentication and billing is handled by Shopify.

5. Data Retention

• Plugin data (usage tracking): Deleted when you uninstall the app
• Temporary processing data: Deleted automatically after 3 hours
• Payment data: Managed entirely by Shopify

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU, you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (uninstall the app or contact us)
• Export your data
• Object to processing

7. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and encrypted databases to protect your data. We don't store credit card information (Shopify handles payments).

1. About the App

AI SEO Blog is a Shopify app operated by GoodySell (SILVER WEB GROUP Sp. z o.o.). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. What the App Does

The app generates SEO-optimized blog posts using AI. Features include:

• Support for 15 languages
• Smart AI image generation for blog posts
• Keyword suggestions and article title ideas
• Review and approval before publishing to your store

3. Pricing & Billing

Available Plans:
• Free: 2 monthly AI blog post generations
• Starter: $0.99/month (30 blog post generations)
• Essential: $19.99/month (60 blog post generations)
• Professional: $29.99/month (100 blog post generations)

Usage resets monthly. Unused credits don't roll over. All billing through Shopify.

4. Your Responsibilities

You must:

• Review AI-generated content before applying it to your store
• Ensure content complies with applicable laws
• Not abuse the service or circumvent usage limits
• Not resell or redistribute the service

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: Materials generated using AI tools provided through our plugin are produced by external AI services (OpenAI and Replicate). Our plugin acts solely as a technical intermediary.

Rights to the generated content are governed by the terms of use of the AI service providers (OpenAI and Replicate). We do not acquire any rights to such content and assume no responsibility for its accuracy, legality, compliance with applicable laws, or any potential infringement of third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, ensuring the legality of, and using the generated materials before applying them to your store.

6. Data & Privacy

• We use OpenAI to generate blog content (see their privacy policy)
• We use Replicate to generate images (see their privacy policy)
• Uninstalling deletes plugin data

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is greater. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or AI-generated content errors.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime through Shopify. All billing, refunds, and cancellations are managed by Shopify in accordance with their Terms of Service and applicable consumer protection laws.

Generally, no refunds are provided for unused credits or partial months. Access continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. For business users, disputes will be resolved in Warsaw, Poland courts.

EU Consumers: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
